What functions do you do?

In short –anything that requires a disco! Our experiences range from Wedding Receptions, Corporate and private events, birthdays and engagements, to children’s parties and school discos.

How much do you charge?

Please use our online quote application where we will provide you with a personalised quotation for your event. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

What kind of music will you play?

We carry a huge range of music, so that we can play according to the ages of people attending the function and also to the wishes of the client. An open mind is always the best policy, as you never know what people will want to dance to. Our DJs read a dancefloor and will play accordingly. We do play songs that people know and love, whether it be a 60s classic, some 70s disco or the latest dance tune. In essence, something for everyone.

Can I choose the music that you play?

Yes! If you wish, you can use our online playlist request section where you can select up to 50 tracks for your event up to 48 hours before your event. Most people, however, prefer us to play a wide and popular selection of music for an event. Requests are obviously welcome throughout the evening from your guests.

I want to have a band as well as a disco – is that ok?

Of course it is. We regularly work with many bands and cabaret acts and are more than happy to support any live entertainment that you have.

You won't be too loud - will you?

The volume of the music is entirely up to you. If you want a loud disco then this is possible. However, we appreciate that at times you may wish the music to be quieter, allowing guests to chat to one another. If during the evening’s entertainment you feel that the volume is too high, we will fully oblige by turning it down.

Do you need a deposit and when is the payment due?

We require a 25% deposit for your event within 14 days of us sending you our confirmation letter and contract. The balance is payable at the start of your event, either by cash or cheque.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. It is now increasingly a requirement of most venues and hotels that any visiting Mobile Disco has public liability insurance. We carry liability insurance to a value of £2 million.

What equipment do you use?

We use the very latest in sound and lighting technology. All of our equipment is PAT tested. Check out our Equipment page to see full details.

Can you play for longer if we want you to?

Extensions are charged at £25 per ½ hour ( or part thereof) and are subject to agreement with your Venue Manager and our availability.

When do you arrive at my event?

This depends on the type of event. However, usually at an hour before your party commences, in order to set up all the equipment.

How will the DJ dress?

We always dress appropriately for the occasion. Dinner dances and wedding receptions are nearly always dinner jacket and bow tie. Birthday parties and other events would normally be smart trousers and shirt or lounge suit.
